A new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country advocates the concept of curriculum evaluation based on “foothold process and promote development”,and emphasize the establishment of the evaluation system of multi-stakeholder participation and realize the diversification of evaluation methods.Compulsory education Chinese curriculum standards also emphasize “to play the evaluation of the incentive function”,so pay more attention to the student's dominant position,incentive evaluation will become a new trend of teaching evaluation.The teaching evaluation of composition is an important part of Chinese teaching.The“writing” of middle and high grade of primary school is the important stage of the whole composition teaching.The traditional method of writing teaching evaluation has a long history and culture accumulation,it can cultivate human writing ability and literary accomplishment to a certain extent,but there are limitations in its own,such as rigid writing style,false content,single evaluation and so on.In view of this,this article through the practice of middle and high grade in primary school composition evaluation to carry out practical investigation and study,to explore a new way of the incentive evaluation in middle and high grade teaching.The author takes middle and high grade of S primary school in Tianshui as the research object,based on the research results of domestic and foreign research,mainly uses Rosenenthal's expectation effect theory,Bandura's theory of self-efficacy,Maslow's need level theory and Skinner's reinforcement theory,this paper investigates the current situation of the application and implementation of incentive evaluation in the middle and high grade composition teaching of primary school by questionnaire survey,interview method,classroom observation method and text analysis method.On the basis of analyzing the existing situation,this paper explores the factors that influence the incentive evaluation in the middle and high grade composition teaching of primary school from the aspects of subjective and objective.On the basis of detailed analysis of the reasons,from the aspects of updating the concept,perfecting the method,developing resources these three aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.In conclusion,the implementation of incentive evaluation in composition teaching is in line with the trend of curriculum reform,and can effectively change the shortcomings of traditional composition teaching.It is an evaluation system that canpromote the comprehensive development of students,student-oriented,to help students establish self-confidence,thereby enhancing the writing interest,raising the level of writing and literary accomplishment.The research results of this paper can promote the implementation of the incentive evaluation in the composition teaching of the primary school teachers,improve the interest of the students in the writing,promote the home school cooperation of the students in the promotion of children's writing ability,and provide some reference for relevant school research training.
