Research purposes:The survival and development of children with mental retardation is an important social problem to be solved,it is also an important embodiment of spiritual civilization of country.The mainly reason why the children with mental retardation have sick is because the brain central nervous system appeared abnormal,nowadays the effective way to improve the symptoms of mentally retarded children comparison is mainly through the way of rehabilitation training,education intervention method.Some successful examples of rehabilitation training in China or abroad give hope to many mentally disabled children.This article mainly from the nervous system working mode and skill formation mechanism,the three modes for mentally retarded children(coordination,agility,balance)the characteristics of the disorder,designs a set of system three kind of training plan,build the mentally disabled children body recovery index evaluation system,and through the three kind of training for mentally retarded children system,using the relevant indicators we validate three training in cranial nerve function rehabilitation(coordination,agility,balance ability improvement),mentally retarded children's body function,cardiopulmonary function and basic quality(power,speed,endurance)change,IQ and comprehensive abilities(cognitive,motion perception,language expression,independent living,social interaction,social adaptation ability)produces much improved.We hope to provide some theoretical guidance to the practitioners,the parents of the children,and the social caring people who can train the children with mental retardation.Study subjects and methods:This study through the literature material method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and so on has carried on the theory and practice to explore,in songzi special education school selected the eight men moderate mentally retarded children aged 12 to 14 as experimental object,the three-month three kind of training for mentally retarded children rehabilitation effect of empirical research.Research content and results:In this paper,we study mainly embodied in three aspects:design the following training program coordination,agility,balance,the index evaluation system,the effect of rehabilitation training carried out empirical research.The results showed:Respectively to three kind of subjects before and after the experiment testing,physical function and quality testing,intelligence and six ability test,including three modes(coordination index selection rope skipping,hands dribbling,cross panting,lateral they,the sensitivity index selection hexagonal ball reaction,balance index selection by standing on one foot,the balance beam);The function index chooses the quiet pulse,the lung capacity,the quality index chooses 50 meters to run,the long jump,1000 meters run;The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS13.5.Jump rope,your hands before and after training,crossover dribble panting,lateral intersection,the balance beam,P < 0.01,highly significant differences,hexagonal ball P < 0.05,significant differences,close your eyes to stand on one foot(P > 0.05,there is no significant difference;Quiet pulse,1000 meters running P > 0.05,there is no significant difference,the lung capacity,50 meters running,and the vertical jump,P < 0.01,is highly significant difference;There is a significant difference in perception of P < 0.05.There is no significant difference in IQ,exercise,life self-care,cognition,language communication,social adjustment,P > 0.05.Research conclusions:Through the matching sample T test statistics,we learned that through three months of training,(1)8 mentally retarded children's coordination,agility,and balance are improved to a certain extent,three kind of training to improve the regulating function of the brain to muscle,make three ability is also improved.(2)8 mentally retarded children's physical function and quality been improved a certain extent,and three kind of training exercise each part of body,increase the lung capacity,strength,speed,endurance,etc.,the body of the function and quality are improved a certain extent.(3)8 mentally retarded children's intelligence and the six ability get improved to a certain extent,exercise can improve children's intelligence,three kind of exercise training the ability of mentally retarded children's cognitive perception thing,enhances the ability of hands-on,improved self-confidence and language communication ability,make the intelligence of mentally disabled children and six ability was improved.
