The Study On The Demand And Supply Of Vocational Training For Contemporary Industrial Workers

Investigation for supply and demand is the first step in implementing training activities.In this study,interviews and other research methods are used to explore the status and satisfaction of industrial workers occupation training needs and training supply,the industrial workers in Xingtai Hebei Province as the sample,using questionnaire,will be put forward relevant measures to improve training.This study shows that more than half of the workers are females and the youngs with high school education,the average monthly income are of 3000 yuan and the length of service structure is lower than the historical data.There are few ranks of staff characteristics.Absolute demand intensity for different number of training,training methods,training places,training time,training teachers,training of different subjects,the current arrangement of industrial workers occupation training implementation,organization of industry experts taught by law,every year to enterprises to 4 ~ 7 times of Vocational training.There are significant differences in the relative demand for the same training elements among the workers with different educational background,gender,age,seniority,rank and monthly income.The training of industrial workers,the need to fully and accurately understand the training needs of different types of industrial workers,targeted arrangements for training content,training methods,training teachers,training time,training locations,etc.Study on the supply shows that training mode in Hebei city of Xingtai province in different manufacturers adopt the traditional teaching method and case analysis method to implement the training content;focus on production safety knowledge,enterprise culture training etc.The training time for different enterprise staff training project,arrange ranged from 1 months to 12 months;the training body relates to the safety ring department,technical department,quality department,human resources department,workshop and other departments and units.The result for the study on the training satisfaction shows that the current training worker training satisfaction overall performance for the following two features: industrial workers satisfaction the occupation training needs to be improved,the industrial workers occupation training satisfaction differences.This study suggests that the current development trend of vocational training for industrial workers is the awareness of training and the status of the center,the diversity of training models and methods,and the extension of training institutions and content.We should promote the development of various types of occupation training institutions: to encourage enterprises to increase investment and promote private occupation occupation training training institutions development,the promotion of PPP financing to raise the occupation training;strengthen the training of teachers,to do relatively fixed,training objectives and training object to the relative flexibility of training content and training courses and adapt to the diversity of training objects and the methods of training;at the same time,improve the overall quality of occupation training,enhance pertinence,timeliness,pay attention to reflect the adaptability,expand popularity,ensure continuity,essentially improve the production effect of training workers occupation.
