With the global economic integration,there are pressing needs of the vocational technical person to all walks of life.It attached higher vocational college important to train the vocational person.The concept of setting the higher vocational college is that taking the occupation as guidance and training the applied person.Vocational education should have an ultimate goal: training the specialized skilled talent.Therefore,it should be reflected the "educational" and "professional" as the vocational education characteristics.Nowadays,however,the higher vocational colleges still adopts the traditional teaching methods and teaching modes,and there are still have some problems in such aspects as teaching methods,and professional English course in the teaching material selection,teaching important points,all of those cannot satisfy the needs of the market.These reasons,there are many problems when the most vocational colleges choosing teaching materials,teaching methods and focus.We got a little effect although we all encourage created and improved.This article based on the mode of higher vocational education,analyzing the situation,method and disadvantages of students' vocational skills training from various angles.The author illustrated Business English course what she taught.It researches the mode of vocational skill in the college.Analyzing the situation,methods and skills at present between China and abroad.This article used the literature method,observation method,questionnaire method,interview method and experimental method is used for research.Objective to show the results of this paper is scientific and practical.This article focused on higher vocational colleges through the curriculum and the guidance to the cultivation of the students in vocational skills,which conforms to the contemporary social line of vocational skill talented person's demand.
