In recent years,with the improvement of Internet technology,smart phone performance elevated and the price is gradually reduced,penetration rate of smart phone increased rapidly,smart phone users emerged “double high” phenomenon,that is high-usage and highly dependency.As a smart phone user group with learning as the main task,college students use smart phone to help their learning,become an inexorable trend.The informal learning based on smart phone is college students according their needs and interests' spontaneous generation,self-regulation,selfsupervision and self-evaluation,the entire learning process by many factors affected.Therefore,the paper choose college students as the research object,investigate the mobile learning status of college students based smart phone and the concreted factors which affected their learning.Based on the theory of Informal learning,Ubiquitous learning and Problembased learning,this study review the relevant research on mobile learning at home and abroad,summarize the influence factors of college students' mobile learning depend on smart phone,combined with the current situation of college students' mobile learning rely on smart phone,design the questionnaire with A certain degree reliability and validity.The sample collection data were quantitative analyzed by SPSS19.0,and the following results were obtained: a)College students generally believe that smart phone contribute to learn,and they have a positive attitude towards mobile learning depend on smart phone;b)College students average spend a long time using smart phone every day,but the time to use smart phone for learning is shorter;c)Self-management ability is the main factor that affects the mobile learning process of college students based on smart phone,and mobile learning resources are one of the factors that affect their learning;d)The equipment of Smart phones' hardware and high learning costs are factors that affect their enthusiasm of learning;e)The respondents' major and education level related to their mobile learning behavior and attitude based on smart phone.According to the research results,the author analyzes reasons of learning problems,and present optimization strategies form the aspect of learner individual,learning resource level,the dimension of learning environment and technical support level.
