Nowadays,English has been involved in the curriculums for primary school,which mostly contains some basic and simple knowledge.After getting into the junior middle school,the teaching methods for English have been transformed a lot.It is different from the primary school between junior middle school on teaching model,learning habit and learning methods.As a result of that,the students could not master the English so good,especially in rural areas.The problems about the English teaching transition from primary to middle schools in rural areas are coming.In order to solve the problems,we need to analyze the reasons and find out the countermeasures.According to the conclusions from the other researchers,they focus on the teaching way,the way of classroom management,the arrangement of teaching activities and the lack of learning strategies,and put forward the countermeasures for those points.However,connected with the actual English teaching solutions in rural areas of Linqu,it is not satisfying in analyzing the reasons and putting forward the effective countermeasures.This paper is based on constructivism theory and the theory of multiple intelligences,using literatures,questionnaires,interviews,classroom observations to get the true data.It refers to the students and teachers.We need to analyze the learning motivation and interest,the ability of adaptation and the feedback of teaching evaluation of students.Besides,it is necessary to analyze the teachers' attitudes towards the English teaching transition from primary school to junior middle school,the standards of English curriculum,the textbooks,the classes and the communication between English teachers.Only by doing so,could we find out the existing problems about the transition from primary school to junior middle school.The problems are lack of concentration on internal motivation,poor consciousness to teaching transition,the exciting differences of teaching mode,the diversity of teaching evaluation,the lack of communication and reference among English teachers.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures for those problems.
