In order to enrich the domestic theory of education,improve teaching efficiency and quality,modern educators began to turn their attention to the West,hoping to explore for our reference from foreign educational ideas.Gagne's theory of educational thought was introduced into China in such a background.Based on the practice of biology teaching,this paper takes the theory of "Nine and Five Matrix" as the theoretical basis,and hopes to make a breakthrough in biology teaching design.This paper adopts the method of interviews,questionnaire,observation and other methods to understand the teaching methods,the degree of attention to the teaching design,the attention to different degree students,the selection of curriculum content,and the students' interests in biology,in order to clear the significance in application of this theory in the biological teaching practice and value,and carry out a specific elaboration.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,starting from the research background,the status at home and abroad to establish the foothold of this study,illustrate the feasibility of the study,and introduce the research ideas and methods.The second part is an introduction of the theoretical basis of concept analysis.The third part the theoretical basis of research The fourth part is the design and analysis of biology teaching based on Gagne's "9and5 matrix" theory to expound the key content of teaching design.This paper expounds the ways and methods of Gagne's nine teaching events in the teaching process,as well as the place where we need to be aware of the expected results and provide examples.In this part,the author makes a deep analysis on the level of the learning result type,how to combine the school reality effectively reach all sorts of learning results.The physiological and psychological characteristics of senior students were analyzed,and several principles were to be followed in teaching design.The fifth part is the evaluation of the "9and5 matrix" teaching of Biology.The evaluation of the present study combines the concept of modern education evaluation,pays more attention to the evaluation of the development of functional and incentive function,according to the concept of diversity of evaluation objects,standard stratification and diversified ways,analyzed the questionnaire and its results.The sixth part is the summary and reflection of the research,reaches conclusions on the basis of the research results,reflects on the inadequacies of the study,discusses the prospect of the application of the theory in biology.Through the preliminary experimental study and investigation study,the writer found that the experimental group performed better than the control group.They are more willing to participate in classroom teaching activities,most of the students think their speaking ability,cooperative learning ability,hands-on ability and so on have been improved to a certain extent.At the same time,the author also reached the corresponding conclusion.Applying Gagne's "9and5 matrix" theory to biology,students' interests can get effectively stimulated in learning and improve the ability of knowledge transference.Timely feedback evaluation makes students' learning behavior be strengthened.
