A Study On The Development Of The Sino-foreign Cooperation In Zhejiang Higher Education Institutions

Globalization breaks the bondage of the boundary and area,and plays an important role in promoting economic development and higher education reformation,at the same time,it puts forward higher request to the higher education.Zhejiang located in the southeast coast of China,as a strong economic province in China,it enjoys a long history and rich cultural background.Withconvenient transportation by sea,land and air transportation,it is a unique place to conduct external exchanges and cooperation.Colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province are among the best in both quantity and scale of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education,The study will have far-reaching significance to promote the internationalization of higher education in Zhejiang Province,and also provide some references to its higher education reform and development.According to the current situation,there are still some problems such as the candidates’ quality,specialty setting,teaching efficiency and project management,etc.The study starts from the aspect of external environment,teaching management,students’ management,human resource management and cross-cultural management.The theory of higher education,cross-border education,education internationalization and so on laid the theory preparation of the research.The study takes use of literature research,comparative research and case analysis to discuss the present situation and its development.Finally,based on the recent situation,in comparison of cross-border education in developed countries,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the Sino-Foreign Cooperative Cooperation in Zhejiang Province.To intensify publicity to intensify the guiding role;to innovate educational idea to introduce quality educational resources;to strengthen the management of key factors to improve the quality;to construct security system to promote sustainable development.
