The internationalization of higher education has become the objective trend ofhigher education development in the world. Under the background of economicglobalization and internationalization of higher education, Sino-foreign Cooperation inRunning Schools emerged as the times require. After our country's entry to WTO,Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools developed rapidly. The scale has beenextended gradually, the level raised continuously, and a variety of models appeared.However, the development was accompanied with many new problems. Therefore, it isimportant to reinforce the research on Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools.This thesis adopts history method, case study, comparative analysis and othermethods. On the base of absorbing existing research results of the domestic andinternational related fields, take the activity of Sino-foreign Cooperation in RunningSchools as clue, combine the typical cases of Sino-foreign Cooperation in RunningSchools, and fuse the share of knowledge theory into practice of Sino-foreignCooperation in Running Schools, to do a comparatively systemic research onSino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools.This thesis develops gradually on the main clue which is the development progressof Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. In addition to preface and conclusions,it totally comprises five parts. Chapter One, firstly defines the concept and developmentmodels of the internationalization of higher education, the concept and extension ofSino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools, and analyzes the relation betweeninternationalization of higher education and Sino-foreign Cooperation in RunningSchools and the significance of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. ChapterTwo, investigate the whole situation of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools,put its development process and status quo together for the problem and countermeasureanalysis behind, on the foundation of deep analyzing the reason that Sino-foreignCooperation in Running Schools is given birth to. Chapter Three, firstly analyzes andcategorizes the existing models of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. Thenintroduces and analyzes three typical cases which are Nanjing University, University ofNottingham Ningbo, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Chapter Four, take the theory ofknowledge share as foundation, and provide the reference for optimizing Sino-foreignCooperation in Running Schools, from the angle of knowledge share. Chapter 5,according to existent problems on business, management and teaching behavior which appear during the process of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools, putsuggestions forward to promote Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools tohealthily develop and in order, and predict development trend of Sino-foreignCooperation in Running Schools on the base of above-mentioned analysis.
