In the traditional teaching of accounting theory and practice of light weight,the teaching effect is not ideal.With the rapid development of economy and the demand for teaching reform.decided to introduce the flipped classroom in vocational accounting training teaching,hoping to arouse the students' enthusiasm for learning and improve the teaching effect.The research mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire method,action research method,various research methods such as observation,to master learning theory,constructivism learning theory,organization learning theory,the zone of proximal development theory.In the course of the study,according to the actual situation of the students and regular training in Vocational Accounting specialty teaching,design learning before class,teaching guide,after-school tutoring,flip the classroom four multivariate evaluation of implementation process.A class will be taught as the experimental class,the implementation of the flipped classroom,another class as the control class,not the implementation of flipping the classroom.Then analysis the experimental class and the control class before the experiment,the middle and real After the test,the subjects were surveyed by questionnaires before and after the experiment.The result shows that the teaching effect of the flipped classroom teaching method is good,and basically achieves the expected research goal.The research results are as follows:(1)compared with the traditional classroom teaching,develop the flipped classroom more conducive to the students' ability to analyze and solve problems,improve the students' knowledge and practical ability;(2)flip classroom teaching model to promote students' autonomous learning ability;(3)the implementation of the flipped classroom the increase of the effective interaction between teachers and students,between students and students,good communication ability;(4)the implementation of flipping the classroom teaching,improve students'learning achievement;(5)flip classroom teaching mode is an effective mode of teaching,which arouse students' confidence in learning to a certain degree study on,The interest in learning and the effect of learning can be improved.
