Research On Teaching Quality Assurance System Of Private Undergraduate Universities

As private junior colleges and universities promoted to be undergraduate universities and independent colleges turn to ordinary private universities,the number of private undergraduate universities is increasing.This makes the teaching quality in private undergraduate universities is facing many problems.How to assurance private undergraduate universities teaching quality and how to building private undergraduate universities teaching quality assurance system is worth thinking deeply.The study are through the Undergraduate teaching quality 2015 annual report of 151 private undergraduate universities for analysis(sample of 129 actual analysis),finding in-depth problems in the teaching quality of private undergraduate universities,analysing the necessity and constraints of the private undergraduate teaching quality assurance system.And for the teaching quality assurance of 3 private undergraduate universitis in guangxi case analysis.Finally through analyse private undergraduate universities in the characteristics of the teaching quality assurance system,building the private undergraduate universities teaching quality assurance system,and proposing the factor safeguard measures of teaching quality.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part expounds the problem of this research,the purpose and significance of this research,literature review,the related concept definition,analysis basis and research methods.The second part analysis the origin and development of the private undergraduate universities,throuth the undergraduate teaching quality 2015 annual report of 151 private undergraduate universities for text analysis,depth analysis of the private undergraduate universities mainly exist the following problems: The low stability of teaching staff,the quality and ability of teaching staff needs to improve;Personnel training mode is convergence,the construction of discipline follow blindly;Teaching fund input is limited,teaching conditions remains to beimproved;Scientific research strength is relatively weak,the scientific research level needs to be improved;Teaching informatization level is low,application ability needs to be strengthened;The teaching quality assurance is not enough,the security system remains to be improved.The third part combined with the problems existing in the teaching quality and the characteristics of the private undergraduate universities.Through teaching leading factor,teaching process factor,teaching result factor and teaching environment factor,analysing the constraints of the private undergraduate teaching quality.The fouth part selected three private undergraduate universities in Guangxi-Nanning University,Guangxi University Of Foreign Languages,and Beihai college of art and design,through the teaching quality and the teaching quality assurance system of 3 private undergraduate universities in Guangxi for analysis,find out problems and lay the foundation to build the private undergraduate universities teaching quality assurance system.The fifth part is the private undergraduate universities teaching quality assurance system construction and operation.It is firstly analyzed the characteristics of building the private undergraduate universities teaching quality assurance system;Then analyse the private undergraduate universities contains the internal teaching quality guarantee system and the external teaching quality assurance system.Finally proposing the factor safeguard measures of teaching quality.And it contains four parts,the teaching quality assurance of input,the teaching quality of assurance output,and the teaching assurance quality of control.
