The Study Of Cyberspace Discourse Power Of Ideological And Political Education

At present, the discourse power of cyberspace has become the important power for the mainstream ideology fighting . "Ideological work is the extremely important work ", "strengthening the initiative",improving voice, the general secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the national propaganda and ideological work meeting on 2013 , August 19.As the front of ideological and political education , colleges and universities undertake the significant mission of teaching, smriting traditional culture,constructing mainstream ideology identity, cultivating the future talents for our motherland .Therefore,it is very important for colleges and universities to control cyberspace discourse power.Currently, the study about the cyberspace discourse power of the ideological and political education is only in the initial stage.This paper bases on the language theory of Marxism and the theory of Foucault's"power discourse" , the cultural hegemonism of Gramsci .This paper analysis the concept of discourse and discourse power, extracting the words of cyberspace discourse power by these theories , and then discussing the connotation of "cyberspace discourse power of ideological and political education". The author considers that cyberspace discourse power of ideological and political education refers to the subject of education rely on the network interactive of media, through the expression of discourse system, on the premise of to follow the law of the ideological and political education, to aimly distribute ideology of information products ,penetrating content of the ideological and political education to students and form the impact on the students real life.Finally gaining the commanded authority in the field of ideological and political education. This power has the characteristics of the spreading communication-openness and interactive, dissemination of content features such as pertinence and effectiveness.Via the historical development of Chinese ideological and political education network voice contexts and the present situation, this paper combines the situation of the cyberspace discourse power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities of Wen zhou.Respectively from the network of the use , the screening and analysis of the forces of utterance, and regulating force, the condition of the spread and influence etc,it improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to explore the present status of cyberspace to say,that is: we ought to optimize the macro environment of network ideological and political education actively, completes the platform shape;enrich the content of cyberspace ideological and political education of the discourse , discourse system innovation; focus on building high-quality network education team, highlight the "opinion leader" ;guide arrangement actively, strengthen the interaction with students; expand the discourse space, enhance the international influence.
