The history course is a basic course in the humanities and Social Sciences,which has important significance for students' all-round development and lifelong development.The history teaching in the compulsory education stage bears the dual task of popularizing historical knowledge and arousing students' interest.But in actual teaching,there is a common phenomenon that students despise the history lessons and learn history passively.With the "core competence" put on to the nation's education plans,in my teaching practice,I find training students to tell historical stories with teachers' help allows students to achieve effective promotion of "historical literacy" and overall learning ability.Telling the story of history is to allow students to experience their own reading,editing text,thinking to improve,speaking in public.Finally,students will achieve knowledge,ability,interest and enhance the sense of achievement and recognition.In this paper,we will use the literature research method and the education experiment method to carry on the analysis.First,analysis the requirements of the new era of history teaching.Junior high school history teaching should put the students in the main position,cultivate students' historical quality,be full of knowledge,stimulate speculation,taking the moral education and the care for the community into account,Subsequently,define the concept of historical stories and find the support of educational psychology and other related theories.The third part is the focus of the full text,the paper gives the application strategy of the history teaching method in the junior middle school history teaching and actual teaching case.This paper tries to explain and promote a Student-centered universal participation of history teaching methods,aiming to contribute to junior middle school history teaching.
