In recent years, the community, parents and students of art major change of cognitive and deepening understanding, in art class candidates has increased year by year,the art exam scale is growing stronger and the development trend of more and more violent, the suiliang have opened the art of professional is also rising. But with the change of educational idea and quality education the deepening development of students'individualized education and comprehensive ability gradually by the state, society and parents attention. These factors led to a certain extent, the number of art speciality of senior high school students is increasing.For a large number of gradually the artistic skills of high school students, in their relative to other ordinary students have their own unique psychological characteristics and behavior of individual circumstances, how to improve the teaching effectiveness of art students is very important for the overall artistic skills of high school students problem. Because in addition to the artistic skills of senior high school students and ordinary students like to participate in college entrance examination, but also through the strict professional examination of art before, which makes them the cultural course learning time is much less than the ordinary students. So in a very limited time in class learning culture,to improve the teaching effectiveness of art students,so as to improve the learning In the course of the culture class, the students of art specialty are disgusted and excluded from the ideological and political course, so it is very important and necessary to solve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and Political Course.In this paper, the current situation and development trend of students in art specialty in Senior High School of our country based on the research direction of this leads to the research significance, and research ideas and methods.
