The proposal of "Internet + Education" has further facilitates the integration of information technology and teaching resources, and bring new changes for reform in education. Digital teaching resources began to appear a new form, the design about visualization is increasingly abundant in teaching resources. 3D teaching resources, as a new means of teaching resources, has enjoyed increasing popularity among teachers and scholars by reason of its vividness, so that more and more teachers and developers have shifted to the 3D teaching resources. But in the specific teaching practice, 3D resource is often designed for the tasks of design, and it can't really reflect the teaching of resources. Therefore, the design and application studies of 3D visualization teaching resources in teaching scene are needed.This thesis first introduces the concept of 3D visualization resources, and expatiates the theoretical basis and technological bases of 3D visualization resource in teaching. Based on the existing problems in 3D visualization resource, and according to the guiding principles, it takes amino acids course of High school Biology curriculum as an example. According to the design, this thesis has completed the development of the 3D visualization interactive resource. In this study, two experimental classes of Senior One in Suzhou No.1 Middle School, were chosen as the subjects, which, explore the application effect of 3D interactive visual resources in teaching research, and obtain the evaluate of teachers and students satisfaction and acceptability on this resource, which provided useful advice for the construction and optimizing of starC teaching platform. The research work of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:First of all, through a large number of literature research, this study defined the concept of 3D visualization resources, collated and summarized the theoretical basis and technological bases of 3D visualization resource in teaching.Secondly, it analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the design of 3D visualization resources, such as less interactive design, no uniform criterion and standard for its design, lack of effective innovation guidance mechanism, and no unified evaluation system. According to the design principle, this thesis takes amino acid as an example and puts forward the design scheme of 3D visualization resources in teaching scene.Once again, according to the design scheme, this thesis has completed the development of the 3D visualization interactive resource. The processes mainly include the chosen of production software, the material preparation and making for production,script writing, the graphical User Interface design, the design of the interactive logic relationship, the control and output of the procedure. And then it shows the relevant research results.Finally, the 3D visualization resources are applied to the future classroom with starC electronic double board and side screen touch screen, and the teaching effect is analyzed and evaluated. It is found that the 3D visualization resources in teaching scene can effectively improve students' interest in learning, and help students understand the knowledge.The characteristics of this thesis is that, based on the 3D visualization design principles, taking specific knowledge as an example, this thesis put forward an design scheme of 3D visual resources in the teaching scene. According to the design scheme,it gives implementation, introduces production of education resource with visual professional software, and applied in biology teaching, in order to promote and change students' way of studying and improve performance.
