The student cadre is the backbone force of the university student group,and plays the important role of the organizer,coordinator,cohesion and disseminator.It is an important force in the development of College Students.However,with the profound changes in the economic environment and social environment,the problem of job burnout of the student cadres.In order to carry out the work of student leaders,summarize student experience,explore causes of student cadre job burnout,propose feasible strategies justified,this paper uses a series of research methods,based on the theory of achievement,the achievement,power,belonging to three levels of needs,to seek out the attribution analysis of student cadres in the phenomenon of job burnout behind,To make a reasonable analysis of the strategy under the guidance of the relevant theory,research on the problem of student workers job burnout caused by the student cadre management system,rich student workers,enrich college student cadres’ training contents,to provide some ideas for college student cadres..In the introduction,the paper first expounds the background and significance of the research,combing and summarizing the relevant research status at home and abroad,and analyzing the existing problems on the basis of integrating information resources.Then,to clarify the relevant theoretical knowledge,the student cadre,detailed job burnout and achievement need theory,at the same time the student cadres of the characteristics,features and performance of job burnout,applicability analysis and theory of achievement in College Student Affairs Management in detail,provides a certain theoretical basis for the study of this topic.Through the investigation and study,using the SPSS data analysis method,the status of job burnout of student cadres are analyzed,find the attribution on the basis of the survey,mainly from the work load factors,job expectation factors,work recognition factors,the role of cognitive factors and environment factors.Finally,taking the theory of achievement needs as the breakthrough point,the author tries to find out the solution strategy,and constantly improve the status quo of the job burnout.
