During the information revolution in education, our school has brought the laptop into class to keep up with the time. Many subjects have used this new way for teaching,such as Chinese in primary and junior high school, maths in junior high, chemistry in junior high and so on. The writer finds that laptop in class is very popular with all the teachers and students because of its rich resources, new teaching methods, convenient evaluation and interactive mode. In such background, the writer decides to do some research on using laptops for Chinese teaching in junior high school. The writer thinks that theoretically, using laptops for Chinese teaching in junior high school has much incomparable superiority. For example, it respects students’ personal experience, greatly increases students’ participation and improves their learning efficiency finally. However,through some questionnaire survey and personal practice, besides these advantages mentioned above, laptops in teaching requires much more from teachers. It is easy to use the laptop, but making good use of it in teaching is much more difficult. Just because of this problem, the writer will introduce several practical teaching examples and provide some reflection and reference, hoping to make a difference in using laptops for teaching.After comparing her own teaching practice with traditional class, reading up other scientific payoffs and comparing students’ learning efficiency, found the following points:Firstly, there is indeed much convenience by using laptops in teaching. For example, it has expanded class capacity, improved students’ self-learning ability and teaching efficiency. Secondly, it puts forward higher requirements for teachers in preparing and teaching. Thirdly, through research, the writer also finds some disadvantages, such as the difficulty of using leptops to teach, the difficulty in preparing lessons, the harm in students’ writing and eyesight and students’ reliance on electronic equipment. Therefore,traditional class can’t be completely replaced by laptops at present. But for some lesson types, using laptops properly can surely improve students’ learning efficiency.In the Internet age, the convenience of electronic products by business and life service extending to the education industry, had the enormous impact to the traditional classroom teaching.So the authors consider: Firstly,in the future education resources and education information not only from the school, more from the Internet. Secondly,the education space of teachers will be not only limited to platform, is likely to be through the micro-lesson such as live way for educatees service.Thirdly,In the era of information explosion,the speed of information dissemination is quick and easy,however, educators are still need to continue to spread with depth, nutritious menu culture.
