The Study Of Dynamic Mechanism Of After-class Physical Training Among The Alien Workers' Children In Wuhan City

As the development of urbanization in our country, a large number of alien workers inrushed into Wuhan city, which is a center of politics, economy and culture in central China. Elementary and secondary school is the training base of reserve talents of sports.It is global to realize the aim of powerful sports country in the future and significant strategic to develop competitive sports by after-class training with a with plan and an aim and culturing quantitative sportsman. It is problematical for the children of alien workers in participating physical training, especially in the after-class training. Accordingly, we studied 378 children of alien workers in training which is representative for different areas in Wuhan via questionnaire method. Consequently, we explored the dynamic factors and mechanism of alien workers' children by applying the system dynamics theory and aims to promote the development of after-class training of alien workers'children.The present study demonstrate that:1 .The experience of alien workers' children in after-class training is in various conditions. Some students lack this experience before they join the training team.Generally, these students not get a good academic record and located in the middle or lower level. However, they arranged properly in the facet of training and curriculum. In addition, some students claimed that they would not go on sports training in the future.2.The dynamic factors for alien workers' children to join after-class physical training included the follows at least: self physical basement, public media, support by parents, physical habits of parents, social status of physics, requirement of training function, teacher of physics, teacher in charge, school leader, physical instrument and time. Each factor is tightly related, not isolated.3.The dynamic mechanism for the extracurricular training of migrant laborers'children in Wuhan City exists in the dynamic factors, which refer to the dynamic subject majorly including individuals, families and schools of the migrant laborers' children and the dynamic conductive medium majorly including benefits, culture and information transformation.4.As to dynamic subject,the individuals of migrant laborers' children is the most essential one. Focus on cultivating the thsee children's interest and willpower is helpful for the establishment of training-functional perspective. The family is the best guiding factor, give play to parents' support and demonstration and establish a proper outlook on education and talents, cultivate the parents' athletics habits especially the mother'. The schools play an intergrative role on these children's extracurricular training, we should cultivate the teachers' organizing ability and appetency and improve the athletic facility to be better. As to the dynamic conductive medium, it is necessary to establish a proper benefit-orientation that conforms to these children' training purposes. It is necessary to mobilize the initiative of these children, parents and schools. Improve the social status of physical education by the transformation of sports culture. Consequently, change the requirement construction of the dynamic subject. Innovating the transformation style and focus on the public medium is also necessary.
