With the rapid development of economy, a large number of migrant workers come to the Wujiang area, many of the children of them enter in the local public schools. The education of the children of migrant workers is getting more and more attention. As a special group, because of various factors, the participation of the children of migrant workers is not optimistic in the ideological and moral class, they often play the role of viewer in the class, keep silence, which directly affects their learning effect. How to change the participation of children of migrant workers in the ideological and moral class, improve their learning efficiency, is the subject of this paper.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part introduced the importance of participation of children of migrant workers in ideological and moral class, pointed out that the participation of children of migrant workers in ideological and moral class is beneficial to realizing the goal of quality education, is advantageous to the equality of education opportunity and the sharing of education resources, is conducive to the development of physical and mental health of children of migrant workers. Then the paper analysised the situation and reason of participation of the children of migrant workers in ideological and moral class, summarized the phenomenon that children of migrant workers can’t participate in,be afraid to participate in,not participate in,not really participate in the ideological and moral class. According to the teaching practice,I found the factors which constraint the participation of migrant children in ideological and moral class:the traditional education system and evaluation system, the restriction of the original knowledge base and learning habits of the children of migrant workers, the restriction of migrant children’s learning motivation and learning methods, the restriction of native context and negative psychological ideal, the restriction of the teachers’ teaching concept and the design of teaching content, the restriction of simple home education way. Finally, on this basis, the paper introduced five aspects of improving the participation of children of migrant workers in ideological and moral class:change idea, implementation of subject homing of migrant children in ideological and moral class; scientific guidance, let the children of migrant workers adapt to the ideological and moral class; improve the evaluation system, promote the confidence of children of migrant workers in ideological and moral class; develop course resources, stimulate the enthusiasm of children of migrant workers in ideological and moral class; create a harmonious classroom atmosphere, build the platform for children of migrant workers participating in ideological and moral class.
