Subjective well-being is an important part of positive psychology,and it is also the focus of mental health education in China in recent years.Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the state and the society expect the children to grow better, work better and live better. Happiness has become an important comprehensive psychological measure of individual social life quality,it is very important to study the subjective well-being of secondary vocational students and promotion measures.In this paper, the literature review method, questionnaire survey method, experimental intervention method and case study method with the subjective well-being questionnaire of adolescents were used. More than 400 secondary vocational students in several secondary vocational schools in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province were studied. Exploring the status quo of students in the subjective well-being and enhancing the strategy for improving the subjective well-being of secondary vocational students can provide a basis for reference. The results show:1) The status quo of subjective well-being of secondary vocational students.The subjective well-being of secondary vocational students in Wenzhou is at a moderate level, and the subjective well-being of secondary vocational students is different in terms of family structure and family economic status. The subjective well-being level of the single-parent family group were significantly lower than those of the husband and wife with single-child group, the multi-child group, the restructured family group and other family groups. In the secondary vocational students subjective well-being level, the poorest family group and the poor group were significantly lower than the rich group, the richer group and the richest group. Student cadre or not, different grade,local or nonlocal secondary vocational students subjective well-being does not exist differences. Different gender, rural or urban has no impact on the overall level of raw subjective well-being of secondary vocational students, but some factors of subjective well-being has played a significant effect.2) Promotion methods of secondary vocational students subjective well-being.The scores of subjective well-being and friendship satisfaction factor,academic satisfaction factor and freedom satisfaction factor in the experimental group showed a significant improvement, indicating that the subjective well-being of the experimental group had a greater improvement in the overall situation. The friendship, academic awareness and self-sense of the experimental group has been improved significantly.The vocational school students' subjective well-being promotion training can help the secondary vocational school students to improve their subjective well-being, support the secondary vocational students to enhance their friendship, be more satisfied with their studies, and feel more freedom.3) Cases Study of Subjective Well-being of Secondary Vocational School StudentsThrough the case study found that the overall situation has become more positive ,with a more in-depth understanding of happiness,subjective well-being promotion training is helpful for secondary vocational school students.
