Secondary vocational education shoulders the important responsibility of training diversified talents to meet the needs of social production.The Ministry of education has put forward specific requirements for the training objectives of secondary vocational education,hoping that the school can cultivate students with high quality,strong ability,rich skills and learning ability“ To a large extent,the ability to learn refers to the ability to learn autonomously.To improve the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students has become an important talent training goal of secondary vocational education in China.This paper studies how to improve the independent learning ability of secondary vocational students from five dimensions: independent management ability,independent selection ability,independent planning ability,independent monitoring ability and network resource utilization ability.First,use questionnaire survey and interview methods to understand the status quo of students’ autonomous learning ability in a secondary vocational school in Henan,and analyze students lack independent opinions,weak autonomous management ability;imbalanced positioning and limited autonomous choice ability;blindness Following,lack of autonomous planning ability;lack of feedback,lack of autonomous monitoring ability;traditional thinking,lack of network resource utilization ability and so on.Secondly,combined with the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the main influencing factors that cause problems in the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students.One is the personal factors of students,including self-awareness to be strengthened,weak awareness of goal planning,and lack of scientific learning strategies.The second aspect is education and teaching factors,including teachers’ conservative ideological concepts,single teaching methods,and limited teaching conditions and resources.Finally,the paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,enrich teaching methods to improve the management ability of students’ autonomous learning;Second,change the teaching mode and improve the students’ choice ability of autonomous learning;Third,the use of efficient tools to ensure the planning ability of students’ autonomous learning;Fourth,improve the incentive mode and strengthen the monitoring ability of students’ autonomous learning;The fifth is to increase the input of resources and enhance the ability of students to use network resources for autonomous learning.
