Vocational education is a kind of modern education system,and secondary ocational education is an important part of it.At present,the graduates trained by secondary vocational education have become an important force in socialist modernization.Under the background of the national development of vocational education,there are still many problems to be solved in the process of vocational moral education.Therefore,aiming at the theme of professional ethics training,this study interviewed teachers and students from four representative secondary vocational schools in our city,understood the current situation of professional ethics education,found out the existing problems and causes,and then put forward targeted promotion strategies.First of all,by combing the relevant achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of vocational school professional ethics education research,combined with the definition of relevant concepts,this paper finds the theoretical basis of vocational school students’ professional ethics training,analyzes the ideological,practical and professional nature of vocational ethics education teaching from the characteristics and influencing factors of vocational ethics training,and then from the school,teaching and learning Teachers and students analyze the influencing factors of vocational school students’ professional ethics training.Second,using the method of questionnaire and interview,taking the students and teachers of four secondary vocational schools in Tianjin as the research object,the questionnaire survey and individual interview were carried out.Collect and collect relevant data,implement the overall analysis of the current situation of Vocational Students’ professional ethics training,the analysis of the current situation of each dimension,the comparative analysis of inter school training,and the comparative analysis of different grades of students’ training,so as to further understand the current situation of Vocational Students’ professional ethics training.At the same time,combined with the interview content,further found the problems of professional ethics education in the three levels of education environment,education operation,education evaluation,and explore the deep causes of the problems.Third,on the basis of the above research,this paper suggests that to improve the quality of students’ professional ethics training,we should adjust the target system of secondary vocational school personnel training,adjust the design of secondary vocational school teaching system,reform the methods of vocational ethics education in secondary vocational school,improve the effective evaluation system of vocational ethics education,guide students to fully grasp the key points of professional ethics,encourage students to take the initiative to reflect and promote We should develop ourselves and set up a correct outlook on the development of professional ethics.
