The importance of preparation is self-evident.At first,preparing lessons can help us solve the question of what to teach,because the teacher is determine the teaching objective on the basis of the teaching syllabus,teaching materials in preparation process to solve the question of what to teach;secondly,preparing lessons can help us solve the problem of how to teach the students through delving deeply and dealing with textbook and studying the specific situation of students to determine the heavy and difficult processing materials to teach students and select appropriate teaching methods for teaching in order to solve the problem that how to teach;again,preparing lessons can also improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency and promote the development of students;finally,it play an irreplaceable role in promoting teachers’ professional development and teaching research.But Status of preparation is worrying from the current Chinese language teaching,because there are many problems in the setting of teaching goals.While solving planning problems in the Chinese subject cannot do without preparation research on the famous Chinese special grade teacher because these Chinese teachers can be called the famous Chinese grade teacher is because their preparations are unique and coincident with some kind of education teaching rule,it is worth learning.Therefore,we can start from the preparing lessons of the famous Chinese teacher,and looking for a solution to the problems of the preparation.For the selection of the famous Chinese teacher,the author chose Qian Menglong,Yu Yingchao and Wang Jun,representing the "generation","this generation"and "new generation";for the selection of the preparation factors,the author selected the setting of teaching goals,teaching methods teaching content choice,with three people together<Yueyang Tower>coaching lesson comparing them to set the teaching goal,teaching content and teaching methods of the similarities and differences.Finally set the teaching goal to follow the law of physical and mental development of students,and students from the text characteristics of activities,from the macro,meso and micro processing;teaching content should be determined according to the text type the teaching content,focus the examination by cutting out the superfluous,text content and consider the students focus on combining content,decomposition combined with degradation of difficulty;the choice of teaching methods to teach in order to "Not teaching" as the idea,from the teacher’s own,learn from the experience of other teachers,make good use of after-school exercises,select appropriate and flexible teaching methods.
