The campus football activities,as one of the forms of school sports activities,are based on the football,high popularity rate in the campus,and to educate people as the basic criterion.Through a variety of forms of football activities and games,to make the student not only learn to play football and master a motor function,but also can constantly thinking and progress in football,ultimately achieve full development.Football population of middle school is an important part of campus football,but also a key signs that measure development of campus football activities.Therefore,it is very important to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the football population of middle school.This article takes the football population of middle school as the research object,and scholars and experts which related to the field of sports teaching and sports training as the survey object,through the literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,the Delphi method,mathematical statistics method and other research method to construct an assessment standard index system of the football population of middle school.This article based on the literature review and field trips,design an assessment index system of the football population of middle school in six aspects separately: Mastering grade of the basic knowledge of football,participation in football,the students' football skills,the frequency of football activities as the main means of exercise,the time of football activities as the main means of exercise,load intensity of football activities as themain means of exercise.Using the Delphi method,though the two rounds of expert consultation with football experts and scholars,which for the evaluation standard of alternative indicators of assessment index system of the football population of middle school.Through the integration and analysis of the results and opinions of the expert consultation,and reasonable scientific selection of indicators,finally identified 20 indicators as an assessment system,explained the definition of each concept,and put forward the assessment methods.On this basis,developed a “The Evaluation Form of the Assessment Standard of the Football Population of Middle School”,and with the Xiaoyi middle school and Xinghualing middle school as the object for empirical research.The results show that the evaluation form is easy to use,the evaluation process is simple and clear,and the evaluation results are easy to understand.So it indicates that the assessment standard index system of the football population of middle school has preliminary feasibility.
