A Case Study On Service Innovation Of Dalian J English School

Our private education has been developed consistently with the promotion of policy since the reform and opening-up, which has been the main force of our education development. Training education, as one form of private education, meets people's diversified demand of education and it promotes the rationalization of allocation of educational resources. While in the violent market competition and the environment that people have increasing requirement to service, schools should be sustainable development so the service innovation has been the necessary way. The aim of innovation is to meet the increasing demand of students and parents so the schools can have a better reputation to promote the development of school.The paper takes Dalian J English School as example to analyze the pre-service innovation of school and the existing problems and give some suggestions for developing service innovation of the school in the future. It can be divided into four parts. The first one is the introduction which describes the background, aim and meaning of the paper and the current state of domestic training school. The second one is the case text which introduces the developing status, the achievement of the service innovation and the bottleneck of current development of Dalian J English School. The third one is the case analysis which analyzes the relevant theories and the reason to affect the development. The forth one is some reasonable suggestions of service innovation based on the future development of the school.The paper aims at increasing the importance of service in training school and recognition of innovation with the analysis of the J English School to expand the life time of private training schools, so they can do more contribution to local education.
