With the flourish development of international Chinese language,more and more Chinese teachers go abroad for teaching.In South Korea,the number of participants in the HSK test has always been the first in the world.In recent years,the number of people learning Chinese is increasing year by year,and the age of learners are becoming younger day by day.Nearly one hundred elementary schools have opened Chinese language courses in South Korea.Different from the middle school students and adults teaching,Chinese language teaching to elementary school students highly depends on the following factors,such as students' physiological and psychological condition.And teachers need to invest more energy into the classroom management.The management of classroom misbehavior is not only the key to the classroom management,but also is one of the biggest challenges for Chinese teacher in South Korea primary school.Therefore,students' misbehaviors of Chinese classrooms in South Korea Oryong Elementary was chosen as the thesis' s object.Through case ananlysis,the author would sort out typical classroom misbehaviors and analyze the causes respectively.Last but not least,the author would sum up a set of applicable and practical classroom management strategies to effectively prevent,correct and cope with the misbehaviors.In this paper,taking Oryong Elementary school as an example,the author divides the misbehaviors into introversion and extroversion according to their tendencies.And the author selects seven typical cases from teaching journals to describe the misbehaviors.Combined with the theory of classroom management,second language teaching theory and other related theories,the author conducts a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the cases.In the end,according to the specific practical experience and related books,the author sets up the five strategies: developing effective classroom norms,creating a sense of security in the classroom,increasing classroom teaching interestingness,optimizing the classroom counseling strategies,and creating a good physical environment.It is hoped that these management methods can provide some practical reference and enlightenment for overseas Chinese teachers,especially the elementary school teachers in South Korea.
