The transformation and development of China's economy has prompted all walks of life to change the requirements for workers from the initial technical talents to high-quality technical talents,which also indicates that the level of professional accomplishment of workers has increasingly become an important criterion for employers to select or not.Secondary vocational schools directly input technical talents for the society,and most of the graduates trained will enter various industries in China.Therefore,the level of professional accomplishment of secondary vocational students will affect the quality of social talents."Chinese Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools" is directly issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020.It integrates Chinese curriculum with the career development of secondary vocational students,conforms to the vocational education characteristics of secondary vocational schools,and points to the cultivation of a number of secondary vocational students with professional quality.Chinese teaching usually consists of reading,speaking,writing and comprehensive practice activities,among which reading accounts for the largest proportion.In order to cultivate the vocational students' professional quality with the help of Chinese,we must combine the new curriculum standard to innovate the teaching of Chinese reading in the secondary vocational schools.This research mainly includes four steps to explore how to reform school Chinese reading teaching to develop secondary vocational student professional quality: the first step,refer to the database and the "secondary professional quality" and "secondary vocational Chinese reading teaching" related literature review,clear the current research achievements on the secondary vocational student's professional quality training is less involved in Chinese reading teaching training methods of literature,so as to establish the innovation of this study;The second step is to analyze relevant literature,and to define the connotation of vocational students' professional quality and the connotation of vocational Chinese reading teaching in combination with the "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools" issued by the Ministry of Education in2020,and to identify the internal connection and theoretical basis of the combination of the two.The third step uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to investigate the current situation of cultivating the vocational students' professional quality in the Chinese reading teaching of secondary vocational schools.The survey objects are selected students and Chinese teachers of secondary vocational schools in Nanchong City.Analyze the survey data and identify the reasons for the problems as follows: secondary vocational Chinese teachers have insufficient understanding of the theory of "secondary vocational students' professional quality",Chinese reading teaching has not been formulated in combination with professional quality,secondary vocational students have insufficient ability to actively explore reading teaching to cultivate their own professional quality;The fourth step combined with the secondary vocational Chinese curriculum standards and textbooks to find solutions: secondary vocational Chinese teachers take the initiative to construct the secondary vocational students professional literacy cognitive system;The Chinese reading teaching in secondary vocational schools should establish the reading teaching goal based on the professional quality of secondary vocational students.Select the reading teaching content related to the cultivation of vocational quality of secondary vocational students;Constructing vocational situation to cultivate vocational quality of secondary vocational students;Adopt effective teaching methods to improve the professional quality of secondary vocational students;Organize reading activities on the theme of career;To establish an evaluation system based on vocational ability;Secondary vocational Chinese teachers guide students to explore the literacy contained in reading texts by means of extensive reading,intensive reading and study reading methods,and imperceptibly improve their professional literacy.Based on the needs of vocational schools to cultivate practical talents,this study looks for reform countermeasures of vocational Chinese reading teaching to cultivate vocational students' professional qualities under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,in order to give full play to the practical function of vocational Chinese reading teaching and meet the needs of talent training in vocational schools.
