Chinese in basic education is in cornerstone status, Its identity is in occupation education but with a certain ambiguity: On the one hand, Chinese course in Secondary Vocational Schools is a required course in the provisions of the Ministry of education, on the other hand,it is regarded by many as a “ secondary vocational school students and practitioners” there is no relation between the edge of course. But we think, whether to have the high quality of practitioners, is the key to success or failure of the secondary education. The so-called “high quality” should include two aspects: the first is to be a solid professional knowledge, professional skills; the second is to have the high quality of moral education. Therefore, Chinese Course has a strong function of moral education, which is of great significance to the cultivation of Vocational Students' professional quality.The first section of the paper defines the concept of Chinese and professional quality education, pointed out that the Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school should adapt to the characteristics of its graduates to society, to enhance the quality of students for the purpose, and not with ordinary full-time Middle school Chinese teaching homogenization. In the second section, through the investigation of the sample in a vocational school in Danzhai, the Chinese education mode can not meet the needs of the training of the professional quality, so the conclusion is to be improved in teaching of Chinese.The third section points out that the cultivation of Chinese professional quality, At the same time, it should be in accordance with the inherent law of the two aspects of the Chinese subject and the professional quality. And pay attention to the “hidden principle” and “the round” and “the child is father of the man”three basic principles, and the actual teaching experience proves that the Chinese for students professional quality training means. At the end of this paper, putting forward the moral education in the teaching of Chinese in secondary vocational schools, and the connotation of the connotation of the teaching materials, strengthen the teaching practice, in order to strengthen the training of students' professional quality.
