In recent years,the rapid development of mobile network technology makes the network era outbreak,new media also quickly occupied the education market,society quickly enter the information age.The new super media with its update fast,easy to use,by the vast number of users of all ages.The new media widely used and popular,positive influence students,to students learning,life,to bring a certain impact on the formation of character,but also to the development and trend of the traditional moral education has brought new orientation and unknown obstacles.In the background of the network era,the ideological education of students has become the field of education in this paper need to solve the problem.In Yunnan District of Chenggong Province as an example,the new media brings to the primary school moral education problems,explore the strategy of primary school moral education to the new media environment.This paper is based on the new media environment of Ideological and moral teachers,primary school pupils,parents,school,family and society with their own problems,primary school education methods on Ideological and moral education are studied and summarized.In view of the influence of new media environment on the ideological and moral education of students,through the age structure,the new media and the students and pupils' psychological development status,a comprehensive understanding of the ideological and moral teaching in primary and middle school students in the new media environment,through analysis of the ideological and moral education of young students under the new media environment the opportunities and challenges,to find the reason the problem and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
