In recent years,the graduate students' employment problem has been concerned by the universal attention from all walks of life of our society.This paper took graduate students as the research object,aiming to explore the relationship between their family function,organizational attribution style and career indecision,that is,the family as the main place of individual physical and mental development,was how to affect the graduate student's career decision-making,as well as what role professional attribution style played in the middle,in order to provide the theoretical and empirical basis for graduate students' vocational guidance,to help graduate students make effective and satisfying career decision-making.In this study,we took the total of 400 graduate students of the five universities from Tianjin,Shijiazhuang and Shenzhen as the research object,used questionnaire survey method for collecting dates and SPSS19.0 for data processing.The status of graduate students' family function,organizational attribution style and career indecision was analyzed by descriptive statistics,analyzed the differences of gender,one-child,whether parents participate in career choice or not on three variables by independent sample T test,analyzed the differences of major and parents' degree on three variables by single factor variance analysis,explored the relations between graduate students' family function,organizational attribution style and career indecision by correlation analysis and regression analysis,verified the mediating role of the positive event organizational attribution style between the family functions and career indecision by structural equation model.The following conclusions:(1)The average score of graduate students' family function was 2.18,which was lower than the median 2.5,showed that our state's graduate students' family functioning was on the healthy side;The total average score of graduate students' organizational attribution style was 2.59,which was lower than the median 3,showed that our state's graduate students' organizational attribution style tended to internal,stability,universality and control in attribution.The total average score of graduate students' career indecision was 2.82,which was lower than the median 3,showed that graduate students' career indecision level was on the low side.(2)The graduate students' family function had significant differences on the mother's degree variable;the graduate student's organizational attribution style had significant differences on gender variable and the variable whether parents participate in career choice or not;the graduate students' career indecision had significant differences on whether is one-child variable;The graduate students' family function,organizational attribution style and career indecision had no significant difference on the other variables.(3)The family function and career indecision orientation scale,emotional comfort scale has significant negative correlation,the family function and career indecision reason scale has significant positive correlation.There is significant positive correlation between the family function and organizational attribution style in the positive internal,stability,universality and control.There is significant correlation between career indecision and organizational attribution style in the positive stability,universality,control and negative internal,control.(4)Graduate students' family function can predict significantly career indecision.(5)Graduate students' organizational attribution style can predict significantly career indecision,in which the positive event organizational attribution style had strong predictive power.(6)Positive events organizational attribution style had complete intermediary function between graduate students' family function and career indecision.
