As an important part of the talent team,high-tech talents are the nucleus to promote the economic and social development.With the pace of transformation and upgrading of the industrial city of Tianjin accelerate in recent years.Traditional industries gradually disappear,high and new technology industry booming.In this process,not only need the talent management and scientific talents,but also need the high-tech talents who have the consummate skill.They play an irreplaceable role in the enterprise.Therefore to strengthen the construction of high skilled talents is more and more important.According to the present research,we can know that there are still some problems in the high-tech talents team in Tianjin,which need further research,find out the reasons,and put forward the countermeasures to the construction of high-tech talents.The main content of this paper is as follows: firstly,research status of high-tech talents at our country and abroad,combing the current understanding of the construction of high skilled personnel in our country and abroad research status of high-tech talent related theory research from the whole,and summarizing the related concepts and theories of high-tech talents.Secondly,analyzes the present situation and the strategic goal of high-tech talents in Tianjin City,and the cultivation of high-tech talent and the status of industrial demand,but according to the current situation of mutual summed up the problems existing in the cultivation of high-tech talent,the number of high-tech talent shortage,unreasonable structure and quality is not high.The reason is that the social identity high-tech talents are low and the salary is not high,the development of high-tech talents lack of strong policy support and enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges,less investment,higher vocational education and the demand of enterprises.Finally,aiming at the construction of high-tech talent and the reasons for the problems,puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of high-tech talent:renewing the concept of talent,establish equal vocational education and general education idea;establishing multiple capital investment and multiplication mechanism;mode innovation of high skilled talents in higher vocational colleges;improve the training system for high-tech talent;high sound high-tech talent in the construction of external support system.
