| Since 2016,the clarion call of ‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’ has been constantly sounded,the whole country has responded positively to the call,and the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and innovation continues to rise.The emerging "entrepreneurship and innovation" activities have also successfully attracted high-level talents at home and abroad,who are full of enthusiasm and hope to devote themselves to the innovation and Entrepreneurship of the motherland.As the first position of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,high-tech park is becoming more and more important.Continuously promoting technological innovation is the life of high-tech park,and the main body of promoting innovation is talent.The essence of innovation driving is talent driving.Talent is the first resource and also the decisive factor of the development of high-tech park.Many domestic emerging science and technology parks have joined in the "talent competition" war.They are trying their best to introduce and cultivate high-level talents,accommodate a good innovation and entrepreneurship environment for them,stimulate the innovation vitality of talents,and take the talent policy as the top priority of each park.In contrast,in recent years,Zhangjiang High-tech Park has shown a trend of insufficient stamina,lacking the courage to take the lead at that time,which is mainly reflected in the decline of Talent Gathering ability,the continuous flow of outstanding talents,the lack of stability of talent groups,the lack of industry leaders and their shortage,and so on.These problems have affected Zhang.Jiang Hi-tech Park’s Double-Creation Strategy and Sustainable Development.How to solve the current dilemma,in addition to continuing the reform of talent development system,we need to solve the problems of talent concern,constantly consolidate and enhance the advantages of talent system,and improve the incentive mechanism for training,introducing,using and evaluating innovative talents.Starting from the characteristics of talents in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park,this paper studies the current situation of talent policy and talent flow in Zhangjiang Hitech Park.Through document retrieval,this paper expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of talent flow at home and abroad.In research methods,through interviews with people in the park and sampling survey by questionnaires,it makes an analysis of the current situation of talent flow in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park.Empirical analysis is made on talent policy and talent flow in the park.The questionnaire results are processed by SPSS statistical analysis software.At the same time,by comparing the practical experience of international and domestic advanced science and technology parks,some suggestions are provided for the optimization of talent policy in Zhangjiang.Through the research,the relationship between the main talent policy and employee retention satisfaction,and the relationship between employee age,education level and working life are established.It shows that the talent policy needed by different academic qualifications should be differentiated.This paper further analyses the talent policy related to the park.The degree of influence of attraction,provide reference suggestions.To build a global innovative talent plateau,we must promote a human-centered talent management system,solve the problems of talent concern in the park,formulate and improve incentive policies suited to the industrial characteristics and talent demand of the park,attract more talents at home and abroad,and retain talents for a long time. |
