Study On The Evaluation Index System Of The Modernization Of Vocational Education In Tianjin

Vocational education is most closely linked with economic and social education,from twenty-first Century,the country attaches great importance to vocational education,and actively accelerate the development of vocational education modernization,how to effectively promote the vocational education modernization,has become a key part of the modern transformation of the vocational education,promote the modernization of vocational education,need direction and objectives' leading.So measuringvocational education modernization is a new idea,but it is based on the actual and is a very importantwork.Based on a systematic review of the domestic and internationalvocational education modernization and the evaluation index system and relevant theories,defining what is the vocational education modernization,what are the characteristics of vocational education modernization and what are it's composition elements.Bycomprehensive grasp Tianjin modern vocational education development process and trend,analyzing the basic content of vocational education modernization of Tianjin city.On the basis of research results,on the basis of the need of development of Tianjinvocational education modernization,construct the evaluation index system of Tianjin City vocational education modernization,In order to understand the degree of development of the modernization of Tianjin vocational education.According to the research objective,the index system of this study is divided into five dimensions,educational environment,development level,investment level,teachers' level and educational quality.On this basis,the five areas are decomposed into 12 secondary indexes,and then further subdivided into 33 observation points.The core indicators including the scale of enrollment in higher vocational education,average budget costs,higher vocational student budget public funds,doubleprofessionally-titled teachers,double certificate rate,the proportion of graduates employment rate of graduates.And explain the connotation of all the observation indicators,and give the evaluation criteria of each index.The index system is for vocational education modernization evaluation and testing by Tianjin,evaluation method by combining quantitative and qualitative.To make a longitudinal comparison,and then to evaluate the degree of modernization of Vocational Education in Tianjin,to make judgments,to further promote the reform and development of vocational education modernization.The results showed that Tianjin city vocational education modernization has been entered the basic stage of modernization,the overall level of modernization at the leading level,But at the same time can also be found that in the course of the construction of Tianjin modern occupation education is still facing some problems and challenges,funding system,teachers team construction,international integration and other aspects need to be further improved.In view of the existing problems,we should further improve relevant legal procedures,to further improve the investment guarantee mechanism,and further optimize the structure of teachers,improve the quality of personnel training,to promote vocational education information construction,efforts to enhance the level of internationalization of vocational education,so as to realize the modernization of Tianjin occupation education truly comprehensive!...
