High skill,high quality teachers team is the prerequisite for cultivating all-round talents,and the quality of teaching is improved with the development of the teachers.With the development of the West and Xinjiang to achieve leapfrog development,at present,Xinjiang needs to understand more of the high technology,people with professional skill to vigorously develop the occupation education,occupation education teachers build a strong teacher,is imperative requirement of Xinjiang run medium occupation education at the present stage.Now the secondary vocational education has the local characteristic under the general situation,it has the close relation with the local society and the economy.Therefore,the secondary vocational education teachers with strong local characteristics.Based on this characteristic,this paper studies the general situation of the construction of teaching team in Xinjiang secondary vocational schools.This paper is divided into five parts,the introduction part in the premise of the problem,the related research results are classified which sets up the foundation for continuous study.The first chapter introduces the construction of teachers in secondary occupation colleges in China analyze the environment,then the existence of the secondary occupation of College Teachers in China are discussed and the reasons,and provide guidance for further research.The second chapter analysis the construction of teaching team of Xinjiang secondary vocational education comprehensively according to full investigation and data study.The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teaching team in Xinjiang secondary vocational schools.The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies to enhance and promote the construction of teaching team in Xinjiang secondary vocational education.The teacher resources mainly include stability and optimization of teachers of teachers and steadily improve the treatment of teachers,improve the occupation accomplishment,promote the professional development of teachers,strengthen the construction of the "double" teachers,establish and perfect the training system,strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and comprehensive to improve the quality of teachers.
