The importance of vocabulary teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language is self-evident.The storage of vocabulary directly determines the learner's ability to express language.It can be said that vocabulary learning is the foundation of Chinese language learning.Traditional vocabulary teaching is "indoctrination",teachers taught effort,students learn hard.Task-based pedagogy emphasizes the use of tasks to improve the language skills of learners,student-centered,so that students in the activities to fully play the subjective initiative.Thai students are lively,hands-on ability,like challenges,these features are in line with the task-based approach to student activities.Therefore,the combination of task-based teaching method and vocabulary teaching in Thai students has its own basis and necessity.In this paper,we use the detailed teaching case to explore the real effect of the task-based teaching method in the teaching of the primary vocabulary,and through the students' face-to-face interview,the degree of acceptance and the degree of love for the task-based teaching method.Then,through the questionnaire of Thai Chinese teachers,this paper analyzes the current situation of teaching and teaching of primary Chinese vocabulary in Thailand,and draws the conclusion that teachers use basic teaching method in the process of primary vocabulary teaching.Combined with all the analysis can be drawn to the exact conclusion that the task-based teaching method in the primary school students in Thailand primary vocabulary teaching is effective,long-term adherence to the students in all aspects of learning will form a virtuous circle.Finally summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the task-based teaching method in vocabulary teaching and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,that the topic of research background,meaning,content,research methods and research summary.The second part introduces the relevant theoretical basis of task-based teaching method.The third part introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching from the school,teachers and students.Discussion on the Practical Application and Concrete Effect of Task-based Teaching Method in Vocabulary Teaching.This paper explains how to use the task-based teaching method to explain and practicethe primary Chinese vocabulary,and verify the teaching effect through experiment.The fourth part takes the task-based teaching method and the vocabulary teaching as the main content to carry on the questionnaire to the Thai Chinese teacher,and analyzes the necessity of the implementation of the task-based teaching method in the vocabulary teaching with their teaching experience and demand.The fifth part summarizes the advantages,shortcomings and teaching suggestions of vocabulary teaching in the teaching of vocabulary based on all the previous conclusions.The conclusion part summarizes the main points and shortcomings of the full text.
