Task-based language teaching(TBLT)came into being in the 1980 s.Its characteristics of "learning by doing,student-centered" have been favored by the second language teaching community.With the increasing demand for Chinese learning in the world,in the late 1990 s,some scholars in China began theoretical and empirical research on Task-based Teaching in order to promote the development of Chinese teaching under the guidance of Task-based teaching.The traditional teaching method lays particular emphasis on the teaching of language forms and can not arouse the enthusiasm of pupils.Therefore,under the theoretical guidance of task-based teaching method,the author tries to draw up teaching plan,carry out classroom teaching practice,and obtain feedback from students,in order to explore the feasibility,implementation effect and existing problems of task-based teaching method in Thai primary school Chinese teaching.This paper consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,research methods and significance of the topic,as well as the research summary of Task-based Teaching at home and abroad.The first chapter summarizes the definition,nature,characteristics,types and theoretical basis of task-based teaching method.Chapter two,through the analysis of the current situation of Chinese teaching in the school,carries out topic selection and overall teaching design.According to the textbooks used in the school and the actual situation,the author extracts three topics as the content of the task-based teaching,and carries out the overall teaching design from the five aspects of teaching object,teaching hours,teaching contents and time arrangement,teaching process.Among them,the teaching process is divided into early stage,implementation stage and feedback stage.Chapter three,according to the overall design of teaching,takes the topic "new classmates" as the teaching content,carries out teaching experiments and presents specific classroom cases.In the fourth chapter,the author describes and evaluates the situation of classroomimplementation,and evaluates the effect of Chinese classroom implementation based on task-based teaching mode and its applicability in Thai primary schools through questionnaires.Chapter five discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of task-based teaching method from five aspects: task design,task preparation,task execution,task feedback,classroom discipline and media language.the concluding part,Summarize the theme discussed in this paper,the main points of view in this paper.
