The Cultivation Of College Students' Legal Consciousness Research

College students are the main force of social economic construction,knowledge economy era of valuable human resources,is the most promising high-level,high-quality,high IQ of social groups.However,in recent years,students in the ivory tower have violated moral ethics,violated laws and regulations,or lack of legal awareness,a growing number of college students become the object of the crime,the victim.In this paper,combining with many typical cases,this paper uses the method of literature research,empirical investigation and interview to display the knowledge of law through multi-aspect,multi-angle and multi-level,improve the quality of legal education in colleges and universities and cultivate the advanced law consciousness.Only then "the talented person the important significance.This paper analyzes the causes of the lack of legal awareness of contemporary college students and puts forward the corresponding training path.Firstly,it defines the definition of consciousness and legal awareness,and expounds the characteristics and structure of legal consciousness.Secondly,through investigation and analysis,it is found that students' knowledge of legal cognition,legal mastery and its application,awareness of legal rights and participation in legal practice are unclear and poorly understood.The problems are mainly affected by traditional culture of rule of law and Cultural factors such as cultural self-torture,irrational curriculum,weak legal practice,low educational level according to law,as well as social and legal factors,family and personal factors.To this end,the cultivation of legal awareness of contemporary college students should be:First,enrich the culture,and create a sound environment for the rule of law and optimize the social and legal culture of colleges and universities.Second,set up science curriculum,strengthen the practice of law teaching,enhance the level of school management,strengthen the construction of teachers.Third,strengthen the management of social legal system and social moral construction,purify the social environment,to build compliance fashion.Fourth,the parents to their own example,to stimulate self-awareness of college students to develop law-abiding students,advocating legal awareness.According to the above four pathways,it is necessary to cultivate the legal consciousness of contemporary college students,which is a good talent for college students to establish a correct outlook on life,world outlook and values,and to become socialist construction.
