With a new round of basic education curriculum reform, the curriculum resources development and utilization is attracting much attention in the field of educational theory and practice, the effective development and utilization of curriculum resources as a curriculum goal important foundation and premise has become the consensus of people. Only the suit one’s measures to local conditions to develop and make use of curriculum resources, high school ideological and political curriculum teaching reform can be implemented effectively. In the new curriculum teaching resources development, emphasize wanting to change students’ roles in a prominent position, the student in the teaching activities is not only the teacher’s teaching object, or fresh curriculum resources, because the students in campus life, family life, social life practice to gain the knowledge, experience, problem, emotional experience and so on, are likely to become the curriculum resources, can not turn a blind eye, which requires teachers to develop, use. This combination of Ideological and political discipline characteristic analysis of development and utilization of curriculum resources of students practical significance, and deeply analyzes the current ideological and political teaching in the middle school curriculum resources neglected status, based on the combination of teaching practice efforts from teachers, students, teacher-student interaction three angle have the consciousness to explore the ideological and political education in development and utilization of student resources some specific ways. In order to implement the ".. student-centered" new curriculum concept, curriculum and student contact, make the course more effectively promote the all-round development of students.
