Language is an important carrier of culture,so the Chinese discipline has its own particularity that is different from other disciplines.To a large extent,the inheritance,development and innovation of local ethnic culture depend on Chinese.With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform,educators pay more and more attention to the local curriculum resources.At present our country's local curriculum resources are very rich,and it's very available and authentic.For example,Dali is the only Bai autonomous prefecture in China,where has plentiful Bai cultural resources.Applying the essence of the Bai cultural resources to the Chinese teaching in high school is not only good for inheriting the Bai culture,but also inspires national self-respect and pride.Moreover,it is good for teachers' professional development and students' overall development.The study object of this thesis is Heqing No.3Middle School with the majority of the Bai students.The study ideas are as below.The introduction part will include the purpose of the thesis,literature review,study method,main findings and study ideas.The first chapter will introduce Bai language and word,Bai songs and dances,Bai dress and architecture,Bai festivals and Bai diet.The second chapter will discuss the significance of applying Bai cultural resources in Chinese teaching of high school from three perspectives that are the promotion of the heritage of Bai cultural resources,ethnic identity and the development of school-based curriculum and research study.Based on the interviews and discussions with school leaders,teachers and students,the third chapter will discuss the situation of applying local curriculum resources in Heqing No.3 Middle School.It will point out the experience and problems of applying local curriculum resources in Chinese teaching.The fourth chapter will explore teaching methods and cases about the application of Bai culture in Chinese teaching in accordance with the practical situation of Heqing No.3 Middle School.The introduction of the application of Bai culture in Chinese teaching is on the basis of class teaching and practical teaching.
