Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Public Housing Management For Binzhou Medical University

Public housing resources are essential physical resources and physical infrastructure for Colleges teaching,research and office.Scientific configuration and management of public housing is an important way to improve the school premises resource utilization and efficiency.It's also an important step to improve the overall management of the school and efficiency.The main purpose of this thesis is by using to study public housing management index system,to reduce the use of free,life-long occupation,private proprietary departments and other phenomena,to avoid uneven distribution of resources,waste of houses,and then to solve the overall tight supply of resources,the uneven benefits of contradictions.This thesis first reviews the main issues of Binzhou Medical communal houses exist,and on this basis,the proposed configuration for a fixed area of ??public housing management and compensation for the use of the configuration section of the public housing resources management reform model.And using the Delphi method builds the public housing management evaluation index system of colleges and universities.Taking Binzhou Medical College as an empirical object to conduct public housing management reform before and after scoring,the evaluation results are calculated and integrate to obtain the final results of the evaluation.The results show that after the implementation of the reform,public housing management of Binzhou Medical College receives very good results,they also show the feasibility and effectiveness of public housing management reform program proposed in the study and evaluation of the construction,and suggestions on improving the performance evaluation system of Binzhou Medical College.
