Relationship Between The Regional Higher Education And Economy Quality

The paper used the thirty one provincial regions in China as the sample,analysed the regional higher education and economy quality relationship from the overall and dimensional respect with the method of the statistics,econometrics and so on.The study found that the regions with the higher quality concentrated upon Peking,Shanghai and so on,and the regions with the lower quality concentrated upon Yunnan,Guizhou and so on;The cluster analysis result showed that the provincial higher education and economy quality had the obvious corresponding relationship,which indicated that there was the higher degree of the coordinating relationship between the provincial higher education and economy quality;The stationarity test result showed that the logarithmic panel data of the provincial higher education and economy quality belonged to the zero order single whole sequence,which indicated that there might be the chronically and stably balanced relationship between the provincial higher education and economy quality;The cointegration test result showed that there was the cointegration relationship between the provincial higher education and economy quality,which indicated that there was the chronically and stably balanced relationship between the provincial higher education and economy quality;The regression analysis result showed that the interaction of the provincial higher education and economy quality was not obvious,and the interactional extent between the provincial higher education and economy quality being less than the autologous action of the provincial higher education and economy quality,and there was the positive effect and hysteresis between the interaction of the provincial higher education and economy quality,but being no hysteresis among the dimensional variables such as the provincial higher education resource scale and so on,and there was the diversity in the effect character,action intensity and significance level among the different dimensional variables;The granger causality test result showed that there were no granger causality between the provincial higher education and economy quality.
