Since 2001,curriculum reform in all regions was in full swing.The Ministry of Education expressly stipulated that: "The national curriculum standards are the base of the preparation,teaching,evaluation and examination of the teaching materials,it is also the basis of the national management and evaluation to the course." The examination is the main educational evaluation method in China,the test is like a baton of junior middle school teaching,which plays a guiding role in the junior middle school teaching.The study of the consistency between the test paper and the curriculum standard has the important significance.This study draws lessons from the SEC analysis mode and the Webb analysis model,and it's adjustment is according to the actual situation of the junior middle school physics curriculum standard and the examination paper of Henan Province in order to make it conform to the actual situation.First,the quantitative analysis is applied to the junior high school physics curriculum standards,and establishing the two-dimensional framework;the content themes and cognitive level,and encoding the data from the curriculum standards and 2011-2016 test papers in Henan Province,and then these data needs to be standard processing.Using the porter consistency formula to calculate the Coherence Coefficient between Covers and Curriculum Standards.Secondly,we analyze the whole consistency,the consistency of the content subject and the consistency of the cognition.Finally,we use the Web analysis model to analyze the five year's examination paper through four dimensions of consistency,knowledge category consistency,knowledge depth consistency,knowledge breadth consistency and knowledge distribution balance.The results show that the overall consistency of the test papers and curriculum standards in 20011-2016 is poor.In the content dimension,the 6 year test papers reduce the "physical changes","material structure" in the examination,the consistency is poor;"material properties" and "sound and light",the annual papers have increased or decreased,but from the holistic light,the test papers are consistent with the curriculum standard.The theme of "movement and interaction","electric and magnetic" content is obviously greater than the requirements of curriculum standards;in the content theme of "power and energy",the strength of the examination is lower than the requirements of curriculum standard.In the cognitive dimension,the examination papers are far lower than the standard requirements on the "understanding" level.On the two levels of "cognition" and "understanding",the examination paper is obviously greater than the requirements of the standard;on the "operation" level,The examination paper is lower than the standard,in the "inquiry" level,the examination paper is not quite different from the standard,it has the great consistency..In the category of knowledge,only the "movement and interaction",the "electricity and magnetic" the two content themes are in the same degree with the standard;in the depth of knowledge,"changes in the state","material properties" "The structure of the material",the three content themes are consistent with the curriculum standard.In the breadth of knowledge,only the 2011 paper "sound and light","electricity and magnetic" and 2012 paper "sound and light" reached an acceptable level,the rest of the subjects are lower than the standard,in the knowledge distribution balance,the consistency between the test and the curriculum standard is good.In the end,the research is summarized and the following suggestions in test proposition and teaching are put forward: 1.Continuously improve course standards;2.proposition should based on curriculum standards and focus on basic knowledge;3.the breadth of knowledge should be improved in the examination papers;4.teaching combined with experiment and inquiry should be strengthed;5.the development of life and society should be focused.
