The new curriculum reform focuses on individual differences of students,advocating the development of a student's education.Every student is independent and there are many differences among them.The most important aspect is the difference of cognitive style,which is the way students used to think and solve problems.Therefore,taking the differences of cognitive style as reference factors for selecting teaching strategies is necessary.This study isbased on the cognitive style differences of students of junior school,using questionnaire,teaching experiment,interviews and other methods of empirical research methods,to discuss the effects ofthe fitness of students' cognitive style differences and teaching strategies influence on chemistry teaching.Focus on teaching in elements of elements and compounds,basic concepts and principles and chemistry,to study the influence on the same type of teaching strategies for students of different cognitive styles of chemistry learning effect,different types of teaching strategies on the same cognitive style students chemistry learning.The research is ordered to help the chemistry teachers improve the teaching effect and choose reasonable choice of teaching strategiesaccording to the differences of students' cognitive style.The resultshows that there is a certain relation between cognitive styles and teaching strategies of students.The differences of students' cognitive style causes the difference of the chemical learning effect to a certain extent.In general,the cognitive style of field independent students' grades are higher than middle field type,field dependent students.The selection and adaptation of students' cognitive style teaching strategies are helpful to students learning.Anchored teaching strategies,teaching strategies,concept map strategy and random access teaching strategy are more suitable for field independent cognitive styles of students;cooperative teaching strategies,discussion strategy,role-playing strategy,cooperative strategy,partnership strategy and the teaching model are more suitable for field dependent and field oriented students,which can help them to narrow the gap with the field of independent students.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the problems of the research process,and makes a prospect of the research on the correlation between cognitive styles and teaching strategies.
