Research On The Health Condition And Health Management Measurements Of Primary And Middle School Students In S District Of Chongqing

Primary and middle school students is the most special group of the country,enhancing the physical health of primary and middle school students and promoting the healthy growth is related to the development of nation and nationalities.However,there still exists some problems in the physical health of primary and middle school students,it's necessary to strengthen the health management of primary and middle school students.This paper takes S District of Chongqing as an example,uses the literature research method,mathematical statistics method,empirical research to analyze the current situation,problems and put forward health management measurements of primary and middle school students.In recent years,S District attaches great importance to the government policy and takes many measures to strength the health management of primary and middle school students,and achieves good results,such as the development of policies and regulations,the establishment of management system,financial investment and so on.In order to further explore the effectiveness and shortcomings of the Government in strengthening students' health management,this paper chooses some health measurement index such as height,weight,visual acuity,vital capacity and nutritional status,and uses SPSS22.0 to analyze the health examination data of all primary and middle school students of S District in 2009 and 2016.The results showed that the height,weight,visual acuity and vital capacity of primary and middle school students in S District showed different differences in different age groups,different years and sex.Students in different areas and different types of schools had different level of significant differences in visual acuity rate,obesity rate,malnutrition rate and vital capacity are,and these differences can change,which is effected by the government's measures to strengthen student health managementBased on the analysis of the health differences among students in different regions,which includes urban and rural schools,different types of schools,which includes famous schools,common schools and migrant workers schools,this paper concludes some problems in the health management of primary and middle school students,which are manifested the lack of classification and fine-grained Management of the government;the shortage of family participation;the absence of professional institutions and personnel;the defects of the continuous operation.And then,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.to strengthen the health management from the government,school,family,students these four levels.
