A Study On Special Assistance Problems Of Urban "Shidu" Families In Zhangzhou

Among the parents who have lost their only child in Zhangzhou,most of the them are China's first generation of implemented the family planning policy.It was just because of their support and contribution that makes China's family planning policy have received the expected effect.In recent years,Zhangzhou established many relief measures and policy to provide the most basic social security and rescue for “Shidu ”family,and other social relief measures are also increasingly perfect and mature,but the field still has a lot of social problems that worth our in-depth discussion.So,it is great significance to study the countermeasures and methods of “Shidu ”family assistance and support.This paper adopt the method of questionnaire investigation combining literature and empirical studies,mainly studies special assistance of urban “Shidu” families in Zhangzhou from the perspective of reality.First of all,this paper analyzes the status quo of the special assistance for the urban “Shidu” families in Zhangzhou,and then analyzes the problems and reasons of the special assistance for the urban “Shidu” families in Zhangzhou.This paper found that the problems of special assistance for urban “Shidu” families in Zhangzhou: the scarcity of special assistance policies,the low level of professional assistance,inadequate financial investment,inadequate care of grassroots communities.There were many reasons for the problems of the special assistance for urban “Shidu” families in Zhangzhou,such as the lag of policy making,the lack of professionals,the limited ability of helping the social organizations,and the endless assistance mechanism.And this paper draws lessons from the special assistance experience of the urban “Shidu” families.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the special assistance of the urban “Shidu” families in Zhangzhou,including: establish and improve the social assistance system for “Shidu” families,strengthen government related responsibilities,increase investment strength,establish family and community helping network.
