Research And Countermeasure Of CBA Referee's Professionalization

This paper mainly studies the problem of CBA professional referee,he main use of a questionnaire survey,expert interviews and literature,to judge the CBA referee,interviewing CBA technical representatives,referees,and combined with the investigation and data collection and related discipline theory,the feasibility and the occupation of China CBA occupation league basketball referee,CBA occupation league basketball referee training methods,ways and training of basketball referees has certain limitation,analyze and solve the impact of China's Amateur League referee system development,as well as through on-the-spot observation,to explore and analyze the CBA referee in the study to judge the law enforcement ability and problems.At the same time CBA professional league basketball referees law enforcement ability research.Through comparing with the national basketball professional league,the training scheme of CBA basketball referees can be better developed.This article through the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method,the literature material law,the spot observation method as the research method to CBA judges the professional study to carry on the analysis conclusion as follows:(1)the limits of the referee's own development,including all the CBA judges are part of the amateur state.(2)the lack of necessary competitive circulation mechanism leading to the competition of the League referees is not very high.(3)mental stability due to the experience and other aspects also led to psychological fluctuations.(4)the internal and external causes of the law enforcement ability also reflect the amateur referee can not meet the needs of the League development.On the basis of this,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Under the background and system to find a professional way,establish a perfect referee system.(2)to improve and protect the pension system is also an important factor in solving the problem of professional judgment.(3)communicate more with international advanced referee system and level,learn advanced technology and experience from abroad.(4)in the occupation ability of law enforcement to solve the referee's theory and practice of improving the level of external referees do security work,including the fans,the media,adverse effects of the team,the introduction of advanced technology.
