In recent years, all kinds of information technology to penetrate all aspects of social life, education is no exception. In education practice, the realization of the education informationization cannot leave the informationization teaching, while the informationization teaching needs with the help of the information-based teaching environment in order to develop. At present, the 1: 1 digitized learning environment is an important informational teaching environment. 1:1 digital learning environment to create not only the simple introduction of the technical equipment, more important is the teacher teaching ideas should be changed. So the creation of a 1:1 digital learning environment has a new requirement for the role of teachers.Research in a secondary vocational school, based on the courses of ipad digital learning environment,through the continuous tracking of the course for one semester, by means of classroom observation, videos,interviews and other methods to collect data, on the basis of the analysis of the two teachers role characteristics and the process of role playing, probe into the roles in 1:1 digital learning environment problems and reasons.The study found that teachers had a certain gap between the reality role and the ideal one, mainly caused by the role of conflict. Through the teachers' teaching behavior, analyze the internal cause of teacher role conflict is caused by teachers' role stereotype, that resulting in the asynchronous problem of concept and behavior, the external reason is the multiplicity of teachers' roles and the dispersion. Based on the above findings, the author puts forward the suggestion to alleviate the conflict of teachers' role, and provide reference for the better development of 1:1 digital learning.
