The Study About The Problem Of Removing Bureaucratization In The Higher Vocational Colleges

The higher occupation education is an important part of higher education in China, but also belongs to the occupation education of high level, it supplies China's production, construction, management, service with some skilled talents. the higher vocational colleges, made outstanding contribution to the development of the society and the development of the national economy. But the development in the rapid pace brought some deep-seated problems and increasingly sharp contradictions, the bureaucratic tendency in higher vocational education college organization management is an important and urgent problem. The paper focused on the issues and did a series of studies, which hoped to find the effective way to remove bureaucratization in Higher Vocational Colleges.This paper focuses on the theory of the problem about removing bureaucratization in the higher vocational colleges,and it defined the meaning and scope of higher vocational colleges, and made a detailed explanation of the bureaucracy and de-bureaucratic, meanwhile the paper analyzed the causes of tendency of bureaucratization and benefits of removing bureaucratization in higher vocational colleges. Then, the author points out the current situation of bureaucratic tendency in Higher Vocational Colleges, and also mentioned in detail the higher vocational colleges' efforts and deficiencies on removing bureaucratization, and made the further research on the reasons for these shortcomings. The fourth chapters mainly discusses the valuable experience of university governance in foreign colleges, such as United States, Britain, Germany and other developed countries, and draw inspiration from them, for laying the foundation for discussion of alternative path to removing bureaucratization in Higher Vocational Education. Finally, this study puts forward the basic principles and effective path of de-bureaucratization in Higher Vocational Colleges, increasing the practical significance for this study.
