The Study Of Competitiveness Improvement Of S Vocational College Under The Background Of Industry-education Integration

With the continuous development of China's higher vocational education,and the some systems of "industry-education integration" have been maked in recent years,the "industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation" has become an important measure to deepen the reform of the system of vocational education.Under the new background conditions,how to adapt to the needs of social development and effectively promote their own competitiveness has become an urgent problem to be solved for all vocational colleges.This requires higher vocational colleges to have new ideas and methods in professional construction,faculty construction,social service capabilities,personnel training mechanisms,school governance structure and capabilities.The competitiveness of a higher vocational college is its ability to be unique to other brothers' colleges and cannot be easily imitated.It can bring long-term key benefits to the students and service companies.Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of the integration of production and education,identifying and cultivating the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges can bring sustainable competitive advantages to the development of the school.As a private vocational college established earlier in Sichuan Province,S Vocational College has improved its competitiveness and sustainable development in the context of the integration of production and education.This paper first introduces the research background and research significance under the background of the integration of production and education in S vocational college,and then puts forward the research content and research ideas of this paper.Through reading a large number of documents,we can understand the research status of production and education integration,competitiveness,and analytic hierarchy process at home and abroad.Based on the results of previous studies,this paper analyzes the requirements of higher vocational colleges for the integration of production and education,and clarifies the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in the context of the integration of production and education.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process,on the basis of the survey,calculate and determine the weight of each index relative to the overall goal,and build a competitive evaluation model in the context of integration of production and education.Combined with the established competitiveness evaluation model,the author analyzes the competitiveness of S vocational college and competitors in the context of the integration of production and education,and evaluates the indicators at all levels to analyze the factors and reasons that lead to the low competitiveness of S vocational colleges.Finally,this paper proposes measures to improve the competitiveness of S vocational college in the context of the integration of production and education.
