The 21 st century is based on knowledge,information,technology as the basis,innovation as the driving force of the era of knowledge economy,which has had a profound impact on the model of economic development,the concept of personnel training and the trend of the educational reform.Entrepreneurship education is put forward in this age background.In the background of Implementing the innovation-driven development strategy,promoting economic upgrading,promoting the comprehensive reform of higher education and promoting higher quality graduates in the context of employment,college students entrepreneurship receives extensive attention of the society from all walks of life to encourage college students to boost entrepreneurship with innovation and encourage entrepreneurship to achieve innovation,and thus promote economic development has become a consensus between the government and society.At present,the proportion of college students' entrepreneurship is low,while the entrepreneurial failure rate is high,the college students' entrepreneurial situation is not optimistic.Although there are many factors such as market,culture and environment,etc,but the root cause is the general lack of entrepreneurial quality of Chinese college students.How to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and cultivate the innovative talents needed to adapt to the economic and social development have become the important content of advancing the comprehensive reform of higher education in the current and future period.Based on the theory of competency model and the supply and demand of labor market,this paper mainly chooses the undergraduates of Tianjin undergraduates as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature,comparative method and questionnaire survey,etc.To explore the needs of undergraduates in undergraduate colleges in Tianjin,and to explore how Tianjin undergraduate colleges should carry out entrepreneurship education effectively.The study shows that:(1)Tianjin university undergraduate students thinking active,most of the students have basically agree or very much agree with the entrepreneurial,pay attention to the pursuit of personal values and get exercise,hoping to develop a career in their own interest or in their own professional areas;Medical and science &engineering students tend to choose their own professional combination of the field of entrepreneurship.Approaches of entrepreneurship education is given priority to teacher teaching,practice teaching is still relatively lacking,a diversified mode of entrepreneurship education is still not formed;Most of the students on the entrepreneurial education awareness stay in the traditional elite entrepreneurial education philosophy.(2)The status quo of entrepreneurial quality: In general,Tianjin entrepreneurship quality status of college students is not very satisfactory.The entrepreneurial consciousness,especially the entrepreneurial belief is poor,the entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial ability is relatively lacking,but the entrepreneurial psychological quality is tough.(3)Entrepreneurship education requirements: The educational needs of Tianjin undergraduates have reached the level of “need” in the sense of entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial psychological quality,entrepreneurial knowledge,entrepreneurial recessive ability and entrepreneurial explicit ability.Further research has found that different grades,professions and schools have significant impact on entrepreneurial education needs.(4)The concept of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is lagging behind,and the combination of professional education is not close,the entrepreneurial courses are less,the teacher's awareness and ability of undertaking entrepreneurial education is lacking,the teaching method is single and the practice platform is short.Based on the above research conclusions,colleges and universities should carry out the entrepreneurship education from four aspects: the scientific orientation of entrepreneurship education,the optimization of entrepreneurial curriculum,strengthening the construction of educational teachers and the establishment of the interactive mechanism of entrepreneurial education platform.
